These are the people we get our deck oil from. The George Kirby Jr. Paint Company has been supplying ships and boats paint for well over 100 years and are one of the many people and old businesses that we use to keep the traditional boat thing going.

The girls and their cousins were out on Grandpas boat today. Yes I told Calypso to get back off the bow pull pit when I saw her there.

Got to see my absolute favorite schooner today. ALERT out of Bailey island maine wil always old a very special place on my heart. Owned by my dear friends Perry Davis and Bethany S Mcnelly-Davis and sailing out of one of my favorite places on the whole of the maine coast. Schooner ALERT is a special boat.

Fireworks trip. Both Gannet and Alert were full and we had a great sunset sail followed by hanging on our mooring rafted together to hear Motor B***y Affair then see fireworks put on by Cooks Lobster and Ale House.
