In the blink of an eye everything changes. It's not that it's better or worse (getting old together), it's just so drastically different. Enjoy the stage you're in right now, because, believe me things are going to change. If you are still looking for a partner in life, remember, you want someone who will be there for you when things change. When you lose your parents, when family isn't there for you, when injuries or health issues happen, etc., etc. Over 30 years married, I'm so very grateful that I found the right person. I'll be looking out for him again soon as he has his umpteenth surgery (this time a very serious one on the neck, so he can be active again and walk normally after a fall from 9ft. skating vert in a pool.). Love rules all❣

Time to beat the heat and take a little drive over to Pismo Beach, Shell Beach, Avila, or Morro Bay! We will meet you there whatever morning or evening works, in the location of your choice! We have SO MANY absolutely gorgeous beach portraits over the years, and many recent images as well. The images here go back a while and are so special. The little cutie on the lower right is my baby niece who is almost a teenager. The sweetie above her is a fabulous ice skater and very grown up and lovely. The first little doll, that I've photographed since she was a newborn, is almost a teen, and I'll never forget how silly and adorable she was running around on the beach, with the seagulls and seals hanging out nearby. The kids in the darling family portrait must be almost as tall as their parents now. Don't let time get away from you. Phone pics and snapshots just aren't the same as what a highly qualified photographer can do for you and your memories. We usually go just for the day, but an overnight getaway sounds good about now, with the heat wave happening here in Kern County, CA. God bless the rescuers that give their time and energy to try to make a difference. We need more of them and fewer irresponsible people who abandon or lose their pets and don't claim responsibility.
