National Academy of Strength and Power is nationally known for its education system recognized by the United States Powerlifting Association, Personal Training organizations to include NCCPT, NASM, and NSCA as Aproved CEU Provider. There is no other fitness center in Bakersfield like NASPOWER. Powerlifting is a sport anybody can compete In. As a Certified Powerlifting Coach for Sport Competition,

Fitness Professionals will utilize complete Powerlifting training programs as the foundation of strength training for beginners, intermediate, and advanced. NASPOWER is not just a gym for powerlifters, we just have the specialized equipment used in competition and it is the foundation of our special niche. Strength training is the foundation of fitness. This doesn't mean to bench press hundreds of pounds but it does mean to build strength as a component of your desired fitness goals from post-rehabilitation and weight loss to increased performance and competition. We have Certified Personal Trainers and Certified Strength Coaches to assist your technique and programming or to service you one-on-one.
