After 21 years in business, we’ve got some big news for the new year: Wendy Wilmot Properties has been acquired by Bald Head Island Services. BHIS new name will be Munroe Properties.

The team at WWP continue to bring you the with the same exceptional agents & service, now under a new name Munroe Properties and new leadership Brandy and John Munroe.

Thank you for an incredible ride, and we look forward to this exciting next chapter. Wendy Wilmot and Crista Thomas will continue to represent Island buyers and sellers under Munroe Properties.
