If Tasmania sounds like an interesting place to explore, Hobart is a great place to start! Check out the waterfront and Salamanca Market, head up Mount Wellington for the views, and still have plenty of time for good food, w**e, and exploring beyond the city.

It’s a nice mix without feeling like you’re trying to cram too much in.
