TWO👏🏻MORE👏🏻NIGHTS👏🏻 until opening night of HHN 35 and two more weeks until we’re there! The anticipation and speculation of every year is always my favorite part but the event itself if seriously otherworldly.

We purposely left out plans for this day VERY vague because we knew the heat was going to be exhausting. We did manage to do everything I wanted to do but we had to change plans a lot, which wasn’t a biggie at all! I knew our trips would change once we had a kid and having that mental shift helped so much.

This was dangerous though because it’s when I discovered I can ABSOLUTELY find room in the budget for a Minnie Van whenever we are mildly inconvenienced🙃

Our Hollywood Studios day as retired DINKS

While this wasn’t our first trip Disney trip with a toddler, it was our first without other kids in our travel party. He did SO GOOD and we still got almost everything done that we wanted to!

Let me yap your ear off about why it’s always good to have your Travel Agent check ticket options for theme parks. We were doing 2 single night tickets and it ended up being only $12 more dollars to get a THIRD night of HHN. Legit my dream.
