*******FINAL HOURS UPDATE*******
Our biggest fear this spring was that we wouldn’t have enough visitors to survive, but that worry has now been replaced with completely overwhelming crowds and an inability to keep up.
Don’t get me wrong, we are used to being busy.... but with a staff of 30-40. Yesterday we served over 750 people - with a staff of 11.
This week we lose the rest of our college kids, and with the announcement that local schools will be remote only until late September, my full time staff (made up almost exclusively of moms) will have no choice but to be home during the day - leaving not enough time or manpower to operate the restaurant successfully.
Starting next Wednesday, August 26th, and through our closing day of September 5th, our hours will be as follows:
Wednesday-Friday : 4 PM - 8 PM
Saturday: 12 PM - 4 PM
We are extremely grateful to all of you, who have been supporting our local, family owned, family run business during these extremely challenging times.
With very few exceptions, all of our patrons have been patient, kind, and understanding as we have switched up our routines in an attempt to evolve and survive this stressful year.
