Tri-County Foray wants you to meet our presenters! Introducing Chad Hyatt! Chad was part of the foray several years ago and was extremely popular, we are so glad the stars aligned and our schedules lined up this year to bring him BACK!
Chad Hyatt is a classically trained chef that has spent more than a decade working in restaurants and private clubs around the San Francisco Bay Area. You may already know that Chad released an innovative wild mushroom cookbook titled, The Mushroom Hunter’s Kitchen. He spends his free time hunting for and learning about mushrooms, along with seeking out new techniques and traditional ethnic recipes to apply to them and share them with us! Chad frequently demos and teaches wild mushroom cookery at private and public events, does wild mushroom pop-up dinners, and We are getting hungry just thinking about his fantastic creations!

Remember this event will have group forays during the day, exploring the gorgeous land in Barron, Burnett, Washburn counties, lectures will be given for all skill levels to enhance the knowledge of all attendees, cooking demos, exciting UV hikes at night, and a beautiful catered sit-down mushroom gourmet meal.
