I just got back from a Disney and Universal trip - and want to give a great big shout out to my Travel agent/Trip planner Candy Pounds! My flight to Orlando got canceled, had to find other flights and get a hotel room, get a ride to and from airport - all unexpectedly - and she was there, on the phone, making it happen! She also negotiated with Disney for the return of my lost money! THIS IS WHY YOU NEED A TRAVEL AGENT'S ASSISTANCE. Without her help, I may have gotten through it, but NOT near as easy or quick. Candy, Thanks for keeping my vacation going. I had a blast. I will def recommend her to anyone thinking of going. She went above and beyond for me.
