Great conversation at New Orleans Entrepreneur Week (NOEW)!
A big thank you to the NOEW team for the opportunity to share Falayaās story and talk about what it takes to move from traction to scale while keeping the business operationally sound.
I had a great time on stage alongside Tyler Ortego of Natrx | Adaptive Infrastructure, and we appreciate Timothy Poche CEO of Delta Utilities for moderating a thoughtful discussion around the determination, discipline, and realities of what it takes to scale a company on the third coast.
It was also great hearing from Josh Fleig of LA.IO about Louisiana innovation and the path forward for our state over the coming years.
Hearing from Mayor Helena Moreno was a special treat. New Orleans hit a home run with this mayor, and Iām excited to see what she creates for the city over the next four, hopefully eight, years.
Jon McNeill, the executive who helped scale Tesla and Lyft through their most explosive growth phases, broke down how companies get built in 2026. It was fascinating hearing how he is now applying AI to transform customer service by building smartly with layering code, showing how these technologies can fundamentally reshape how companies operate and scale.
It is always energizing to be surrounded by so many builders, founders, and operators pushing ideas forward. NOEW has truly created a great platform for our entrepreneurial community.
Canāt wait for next year!
