The full rescue story is now live on our YouTube channel! 🐾

What started as a day on the water turned into an unexpected kitten rescue. Thanks to quick action, this little one is now safe, has been checked by a veterinarian, and is on its way to finding a loving forever home.

One of the First EELS in the water at the Broad River Bridge and this 39” keeper cobia was headed for the fish box. That’s the kind of start every angler hopes for in the South Carolina Lowcountry!

Where the Water Meets the Weekend!

We headed out to fish for cobia, but the day took an unexpected turn when we spotted a stranded kitten on a Broad River Bridge pylon. After a careful rescue, the little survivor was dried off, warmed up, and taken to Port Royal veterinary hospital for care.

We're grateful this story had a happy ending. 🐱❤️🎣

We’re out on the Broad River near the fishing pier enjoying a beautiful Lowcountry day and hoping for a little luck on the water. The weather is perfect, the rods are rigged, and we’re ready to see what bites. Stay tuned to Lowcountry Catch for the action!
