Race weekend is finally here! The Rabid Raccoon 100 is a rugged course running through Bradys Run Park. Over 1400 participants, 36 states represented, and 14 international participants make this one epic challenge!

Event Schedule:
Friday 5/29
7pm - 5k Start

Saturday 5/30
4am - 100 Mile Start
7am - 100k and 100 mile relay start
8am - Half marathon start

Sunday 5/31
12am - Midnight half marathon start
12pm - Midnight half marathon cutoff
4pm - 100 mile, 100k, 100 mile relay cutoff

🚨Bradys Run Road will be officially closed for all 36 hours of the 100 mile!🚨

It’s time to decorate your bikes and ride in Beaver County’s America250 Parade on Saturday, September 19!

Use your summer off school to break out the reds, whites & blues, get creative, and show off your patriotic pride as you roll down 3rd Street in Beaver to end our special parade!

All you need to do is:
✅ Decorate your bikes.
✅ Show up the day of the parade between 9-9:30am and follow the signs to the designated bike parade check-in.
✅ Ride your decorated bike in the parade with a guardian/adult present.
✅ No registration required!
✅ Be a part of Beaver County history!

Let’s fill the parade with color, smiles, and patriotic pride as we celebrate America’s 250th birthday together! 🇺🇸

On Saturday, October 25th, join us as we honor our nation’s roots with the dedication of a Liberty Tree at the Fort McIntosh historic site in Beaver, PA. The Liberty Tree is a living symbol of freedom, unity, and the enduring American spirit.

During the American Revolutionary War, the Sons of Liberty often convened under the nation's original Liberty Tree in Boston, to discuss their opposition to British rule in the colonies. This historic tree became a beacon of hope to colonists and a symbol of American freedom. In an attempt to stymie these colonists, the British destroyed Boston's Liberty Tree. Suddenly, patriots throughout the 13 colonies began to designate new Liberty Trees. The last known original Liberty Tree sat on the campus of Saint John's University in Maryland, until it was destroyed by Hurricane Floyd in 1999.

Today, seeds from a scion of the original tree are being collected, grown into seedlings, and planted across the Commonwealth!

Generously sponsored by and in partnership with the Pennsylvania Freemasons, America250PA's Liberty Tree Project includes a certified Liberty Tree planted in each of Pennsylvania’s 67 counties beginning in the Fall of 2021, through 2026.

Beaver County Kennel Club & Trumbull County Kennel Club are excited to host the Autumn Barkfest Cluster Dog Show this weekend! Hundreds of dogs and their owners will get the chance to strut their stuff in the show ring October 17, 18 and 19 at Brady’s Run Park.

Spectators can:
• Watch the judging of various breeds in conformation and cheer for their favorite
• See AKC National Owner-Handled Series
• Watch handlers compete in 4 & Under 6 Months Puppy Competition
