The Carbon Flat has had long term guests for the last 8 months. However there is an opening for this coming 4th of July Weekend. Must book the entire weekend , nightly rate is $315 per night. The weekend would come with the expected TOP NOTCH service and hospitality, fresh croissants, fruit, charcuterie board fixins, fresh flowers, and also a complimentary bottle of Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon ($120 retail) or a bottle of V***e Clicquot Champagne ($100 retail).First come first serve. The Carbon Flat has been selected from a very small list, by airbnb, for an exclusive project, highlighting those that have been dedicated to having accessibility features for travellers with disabilities. Airbnb has partnered with Matterport, A company that specializes in 3-D scan technology. They will be coming soon to do a full workup of the property. The best possible images will be taken and added to my listing, To help those with disabilities understand The features that we have, Take a 3-D virtual tour, And in my opinion bring awareness to the lack of Options there are out there for those traveling with disabilities.

We are honored to have been chosen. Our committment to paralyzed veterans in this is paramount. ANYONE with a disability shouldn't be prevented from experiencing the same things you and I do. When designing and building The Carbon Flat, The decision was made from day one to be fully ADA compliant. I will admit that it's not easy or cheap to blend form and function, in terms of this. It Is not for the faint hearted contractor.

From the custom built dining table that rises and lowers and will accommodate any sized wheelchairs, including standing wheelchairs, to EVERYTHING being fully smart enabled, To the recent decision To add a fully overhead and completely hidden when not in use, Hoyer lift, The Carbon Flat is wholeheartedly committed to those with disabilities , disabled veterans, And to helping Beckley and the surrounding area become a better, more diverse tourist destination, as it always has been, and even more so now, With the inclusion of the New River Gorge National Park and Preserve.

Have you been trying to get to New River Gorge, because its the Nations newest National Park & Preserve? NEVER BEEN A BETTER TIME TO COME. We've had white water running through our veins for many years and we know how to end an awesome day on the rapids. With a complimentary bottle of wine, more brands of beer than you can remember, a pretty freakin awesome steam shower with endless hot water, turkish cotton bath towels, robes , and bed sheets. A bed that you will probably be asking me what it is, cuz its also freakin awesome. Weve pretty much thought of everything that you will need, And even things you didn't even know you needed.
