I’d like to take a moment to share a video that happened this afternoon. This is of someone doing doughnuts in our field. We have opened our property to the public for agricultural recreation use only. We have signs posted to respect the field. The field is for camping, the woods is for playing. There is 130 acres there to enjoy. We have family that is here visiting from out of town and they had to take time out of their visit to pull them out because they got hung up because we were at work for the day. I’m asking again, please please please respect our field. We want to be able to continue to leave it open to the public, so please use common curtesy when you’re there. If any of you are there and are able to help control this, it’s much appreciated.

We are lost for words and extremely saddened at the loss of a friend. We would like to extend our deepest heartfelt condolences to the family and loved ones of Eric Beasley during this incredibly difficult time.
Eric was always social and loved his friends and family. He always made sure they were having a good time. The Thorne’s Recreational family has suffered a tremendous loss. A piece of him will always be apart of us and we will never be the same.
To his wife, Adriane and their children, we pray you find peace, comfort and strength in the days ahead. We would also like to extend our condolences to those that were directly involved in this tragedy. The community lost not only a loyal friend, but a brother and his void will forever be felt.
Hold loved ones close, be safe, and don’t take things for granted.

Bedford – Eric Duane Beasley, 51, of Bedford, passed away on Sunday, January 19, 2025. Born February 8, 1973, in Bedford, he was the son of David and Patty Banks (Tanksley). He married Adriane Holt on August 11, 2001, and she survives. He was a die setter at General Motors in Bedford for 10 years....
