Bedford Speedway is going BIG for the 9th Annual Bedford Keystone Cup, happening Friday and Saturday, September 25-26. And because it's the final race weekend of the season, this will be your last chance to catch the action at the track until next year.

Behind the scenes, we're already looking ahead to 2027!

While our team is busy capturing photos for next year's Discover Bedford County Visitors Guide, we want to see Bedford County, PA, through your eyes.

📸 This is your chance to enter our 2027 Visitors Guide Photo Contest.

Throughout September, submit your favorite photos from around Bedford County. Maybe it's a hidden gem, an unforgettable view, a favorite adventure or simply a moment that made you stop and appreciate where you are.

Here's how it works:

⭐ First week of October: The Discover Bedford County team will select our favorites. The number of finalists will depend on how many submissions we receive.

Planning a trip to Bedford County for Bedford's Fall Foliage Festival? Arrive a day or two early and be part of something bigger.

Before you spend the weekend exploring our historic communities, scenic mountain roads, local shops, restaurants, trails, and vibrant fall colors, join one of the many Healthy Lands Week conservation projects taking place across the county.

All week long from National Public Lands Day on September 26 through A Walk in Penn’s Woods Day on October 4, 2026, there will be opportunities to learn about conservation and preservation, roll up your sleeves and volunteer, and see how everyone can make a difference. Then go enjoy everything Bedford County has to offer!

It's an opportunity to experience the beauty of our area while helping preserve it for future visitors.

Meet the artist behind some of Bedford’s most recognizable windows. 🎨

If you’ve spent time in Bedford, chances are you’ve seen Morgan Young’s work. Through MY Fine Art, Morgan brings her creativity to storefront windows, commissioned paintings, drawings and so much more.

Her work is woven into the places we walk past every day, adding a little more color, character and creativity to Bedford County.

Good b**r, good people and a whole lot of Shawnee pride. 🍻

The launch party for New Trail Brewing Company's newest state park b**r at Woodhaven Brewing Co. was one for the books, bringing the community together to celebrate the newest addition to their lineup and shine a spotlight on Shawnee State Park.

From raising a glass to catching up with friends, it was a great reminder of what happens when local businesses come together and give us another reason to gather.

A night of fashion, fun and giving back is coming to Downtown Bedford. 💃

The 9th Annual Fashion Show for a Cause with Juli's Wearable Art is happening Thursday, September 10, at LIFeSTYLE & LIFeSTYLE Nextdoor.

Enjoy dinner, a fashion show featuring local models, raffles and giveaways, followed by VIP shopping at Juli’s Wearable Art, all while supporting a great cause.

Advance tickets are $30, and proceeds benefit Bedford County Veterans & Citizens for Heroes.
