Meeting characters at Walt Disney World is way easier when you know how to use the My Disney Experience app 📱 Here’s how to find exact locations and times while you’re in the parks:

đź‘‘ Step 1: Open the Map
Tap the map icon at the bottom of the app.

đź‘‘ Step 2: Filter for Characters
Select the “Characters” filter at the top of the map to instantly see where characters are meeting that day.

đź‘‘ Step 3: Choose Your Park
Make sure you’re viewing the correct park (Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, or Animal Kingdom).

đź‘‘ Step 4: Tap a Character Icon
Click on any character icon to see:
• Who is meeting there
• Exact location
• Available meet & greet times
• Whether it’s a set location or roaming appearance

đź‘‘ Step 5: Check Times Often
Character times can change throughout the day, so refresh the app regularly—especially before walking across the park.

• Morning and early evening tend to have shorter waits
