Why we need house rules.

We asks guests to turn on dishwasher.
We ask guests to deposit their trash in appropriate Blue Trash bins outside house, to prevent rodent, bug or maggots.

I ask guests to wash and dry beach towels. Wet beach towels, over 5-14 days get mold, mildew and smell.
