Bellefontaine is all about baseball this weekend. ⚾👀

The Chieftain Classic Youth Baseball Tournament returns June 19–21, bringing teams from across the region for a full weekend of competitive summertime play.

With 9U–14U divisions, the Classic has become a regional go-to for Rec All-Star, D2, and D3 teams looking for great competition and a great atmosphere.

And yes — Bellefontaine Chieftain 12U took the title in 2025. 👀🏆

Whether you’ve got a team in town or just love baseball, it’s a great weekend to get out to the park and catch some games.

Two Town Doubles is coming June 27 — and it’s a unique one.

Teams will kick things off at Rutan Park in Bellefontaine, then head to Marysville DGC for round two — making this a full day of competition and travel.

⚠️☔ Friendship Alley Grand Opening Postponed ☔⚠️

First it was Pineapple Palooza, now it's Friendship Alley! Due to the threat of severe weather this afternoon and evening, the Friendship Alley Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony have been pushed one week to Wednesday, June 24, at 5:00 PM.

We're also going to start a petition to officially extend summer through October 18th to make up for our lost time!
