The fun way to Fairhaven is open again! Consider Chuckanut Drive, the scenic route along the water if you're joining us from the south.

GOOD NEWS! SR 11/Chuckanut Dr has REOPENED! The road had been closed since April 22 due to a rockslide.

Crews removed 3,600+ tons of debris, including 15+ SUV-sized boulders and replaced 125 feet of guardrail following the rockslide. Thanks for your patience during this emergency repair.

There's whale watching out of Bellingham! A deluxe whale watching adventure cruise through the San Juan Islands departs daily from the fun Historic Fairhaven District.

We serve a fresh-made, on-the-boat lasagna lunch. The only ones in the area to serve a full buffet on a whale watch. We're also the only ones with a full bar! Signature cocktails, beers, wines, and all sorts of N/A options.

Tour the gorgeous San Juan Islands for 5-6 hours with narration from naturalists on the unique geography and wildlife. We see orcas, humpbacks, and much more on 95% of tours, and if we don't, your next lasagna lunch whale watch is half off.

Bellingham has plenty of great lodging, dining and nature to explore too. It's the perfect base camp to explore the mountains and the islands! At $129 it's a pretty good deal for an amazing day on the water. Half off for 6-17, and free for 5 and under.
