Hi! I’m Isaac, and I’ve been in love with the Salish Sea since the first time I dipped my paddle in its waters. I’m a trip leader and sea kayaking instructor for the Outdoor Center at Western Washington University, where you’ll also find me making maps, friends and occasionally scones. Whether you’re brand new to kayaking or a seasoned paddler, I’m here to make sure your time on the water is full of whimsy and fun.

🌟 Exciting News! 🌟 Camp registration opens on February 1st! If you have any questions, please reach out via email at [email protected], as I am currently unable to take phone calls.

This year, we’re thrilled to announce that we’ll be opening a few more spots to accommodate an additional camp counselor. Plus, we’re upgrading our equipment to ensure an even better experience for your children.

We’re also happy to offer payment plans if needed, making it easier for everyone to join the fun!

One of the first things I do with my guides is make sure they get in some towing early on, and my boss here didn’t waste any time throwing me in. Day one guiding here in Sydney did not disappoint! I loved every minute, even the towing!
