FASTEndurance FastEndurance.com This book was inspired by swimmers I have met over the years who train in small groups or on their own repeating the same sets over and over.

When I set out to write this book I was surprised at the limited workout material that was available for swimmers. The goal was to take my favorite workouts and share them with you to increase your workout creativity. The search for effective training sessions sent me digging through files from decades of swimming, water polo, and triathlon training. All of these workouts were compiled and over 36

5 great workouts emerged as a large mess. By eliminating the warm ups and cool downs the workouts cut down to a manageable list of main sets. The sets were then divided up by length in time and type of workout. Take these workouts and tweak them to suite your needs as an athlete and strive for your dreams. Swim hard and swim fast.

Road is back!

Join us east of Belvidere, IL for the Boone County Road Race. This will be a joint USAC Road Race State Championship for both Illinois and Wisconsin. This title hasn’t been awarded in Illinois for almost ten years—don’t miss your chance to claim it. The races are open to all riders from any state, of all ability levels over the age of 18.

Illinois & Wisconsin will each crown Male & Female Champions in the following 6 categories:
Cat 1
Cat 2
Cat 3
Masters 40+
Masters 50+
Masters 60+

This means 24 state champions will be crowned!

***Junior Gravel Event***

We are more than excited to announce the addition of a Junior division to Seeds & Stones Roubaix. This will allow riders 10-17 yrs old to experience the 25 mile course.

Juniors will start at 8:30am behind the competitive adult start , ahead of the recreational riders. This quiet course is well marked, marshaled, & is only 20% on pavement.

Registration includes the unlimited pancake breakfast ahead of the ride, a preme on course, & some swag. All minors must be accompanied by a registered guardian on course.
