Late season figure 8 fish. Some days in the late fall we get a string of boatside bites. This goes against everything in my musky brain. Casting open water basins and fish are smashing baits in the 8 after several minutes of slow methodical wizardry. It’s cool but will always been one of those head scratching moments that is musky fishing.
