So, you like chocolate, eh? But I'll bet you've not had the most delicious chocolate in the wolrd.

Swiss chocolate is smooth and soft, sublte and milky.

Guatemalan chocolate is bold and granual, sweet and substantial.

When most others are brewing up a pale, light ale or lager and selling it in billions of cans, Guatemalan style chocolate is the Porter or Stout of the micro-brewery world.
