Art in Nature: Caldera Guided Hike & Pottery Experience ✨🖌🌲

Join us for a day of art and adventure! Caldera is nestled among a forest of pine and fir and sits on the edge of the stunning Blue Lake. Our soul-stirring day will start with a dash of inspiration from Mother Nature! Upon arriving, we will head for fresh air, venturing out for a serene morning hike before returning to Caldera and letting our creative energy flow. At Caldera’s pottery studio, your instructor will lead you in the creation of pottery pieces, drawing inspiration from the incredible landscape in which you are immersed!

This July, join us as we head to for some summertime adventure! Crater Lake is a geologic marvel and one of the most stunning bodies of water in the world. From the top of Mt. Scott to the edge of the deepest, purest lake in the United States, the exploration at America's 6th National Park is endless!

*This will also be the last summer to hike down to the water's edge as trail maintenance will have the Cleetwood Cove Trail closed for 2 or more years. Don't miss out!!

Join us for our Forage to Table: Fall Harvest on October 18th!!

As the sun’s warmth and radiance begins to wane, it is time to harvest! For this incredible experience, Wanderlust Tours will be partnering with Luckey’s Woodsman, experts in backcountry cooking techniques, to teach guests about foraging techniques, identification of flora and fauna, and how simple ingredients that can be found all around us in mother nature can be used to make and accentuate stunningly delicious dishes! After our foraging, we will sit down for a four-course meal prepared by , using locally sourced ingredients and accompanied by local beer and wine.

We are beyond excited to announce the next installment of our Art in Nature outdoor performance series in 2025! The supremely talented local a Ca****la group, Bend Camerata, will perform inside the ancient volcanic tuff ring at Fort Rock!

After a quick yet inspiring twilight hike on the edge of the Oregon Outback Dark Sky Sanctuary, we will settle in for an incredible vocal performance by Bend Camerata. As the moon sets beyond the horizon, Bend Camerata will close out their performance and will cap our night off by gazing toward the cosmos above while enjoying delicious treats!

Summer is here and with it comes our Summer AdvenTour series with !

We have a whole host of incredible, accessible adventures that are open to both those with mobility challenges and the general public! Our next AdvenTour will take us along the stunning Deschutes River, exploring the breathtaking Benham Falls area and learning about how Central Oregon's geologic history shaped the river that runs right through the heart of Bend.

As we move into summer, we will also accessibly adventure at Fort Rock, Crater Lake, Paulina Creek, and Tumalo Creek!

We have an amazing special event coming up in August!
On our High Desert Hike & Farm to Table Lunch, we will partner up with the incredible for a guided hike at Smith Rock followed by a tour and freshly harvested, multi-course lunch at Rainshadow's Farm Store porch!

Setting the scene: Central Oregon is rooted in endeavors that involve a deep connection and reliance on the land. Our adventure will have us focused on Rainshadow Organics and how a small Central Oregon farm survives and thrives on land that sees less than 12 inches of rain per year among other challenges. Starting our morning at Smith Rock State Park, we will garner an understanding of Central Oregon’s rugged ecosystem before immersing ourselves in a celebration of flavor and a labor of love with a tour and awe-inspiring, freshly harvested meal at Rainshadow Organics!

The Perseids Meteor Shower is one of the largest meteor showers that graces our night skies each summer!! Join us for the peak on August 12th to revel in the mighty Perseids either high up, canoeing on an alpine lake or take to the hills on a few different incredible hiking options!

We also have Perseids Canoe Tours heading out on August 15-17th!!

*The Perseids take place from July 17th - August 24th so if you can't make it for the peak days, there is still plenty of opportunity to catch a glimpse by joining us on our regular Moonlight & Starlight Canoe Tours*
