get -- big or small. Shortly after getting married, we quit our comfortable jobs, booked an absurdly cheap flight to Colombia, and left behind everything that didn’t fit into our backpacks.

Our wanderings have since taken us to South Korea where we taught English for a year. In our other travels, we have backpacked in SE Asia and Eastern Europe, became temporary ski bums in Washington state, and road tripped in a converted campervan through the Western US.

c) when you see people post outdoor adventures with kids, you usually aren’t seeing the whole picture (the messy house, the things that go wrong, the struggles getting out the door)

Everything I’d tell my bestie who’s planning an Oregon Coast trip… 🦀🌊👇🏼

We’re currently on the Oregon Coast for the 2nd time in 1 month (can’t keep us away!!). Each time I visit I fall more in love with this place (And realize things I wish I knew!)

Bucket List stay on the Oregon Coast ✅

Glamping at is such a unique experience 🫧✨ (hosted)

Here’s everything you need to know 👇🏼

Option A) Mirror cabins are perfect for 1-2 people
Option B) Domes are great for families (or those who want a little more space)

🔥 Both have private fire pits and amazing ocean views

What to pack:
☕️ They provide coffee sachets that were actually really good, but if you like having more than one cup 🙋🏻‍♀️ pack a travel friendly coffee maker like an (+ground coffee)
🧀 There are some great places to eat in Pacific City, but I really liked having a picnic style dinner while we watched the sunset from outside our dome. Cheese, crackers, veg, wine… whatever you want!
👟 Slippers to stay extra cozy in the dome and slip on shoes to wear to the bathroom.

Things to do:
🥾 Climb to the top of Cape Kiwanda and see the tide pools right in front of the sea stack (be sure to go at low tide)
🍺 Beer and a view at
🪁 Fly a kite on the beach
