Emergency services have been closely connected to our business and our Small World family for many years. Supporting the men and women who serve our communities, along with programs that encourage the next generation to become involved in emergency services, is something we genuinely care about.

The Johnston County EMS Cadet Program provides young people with opportunities to learn, develop leadership skills, gain valuable hands-on experience, and explore careers in emergency medical services and public safety.

Programs like this help build the next generation of individuals who will be there when our communities need them most. We’re especially proud to support an organization that invests in these young people and the future of emergency services right here in Johnston County.

Here's what a full day can look like on Virgin Voyages' Brilliant Lady. ⛴️

9 am: On deck, everyone goes quiet as Dawes Glacier comes into view in Endicott Arm.
2 pm: Shot for shot in The Test Kitchen, learning to shake three signature cocktails with the ship's own mixologists.
7 pm: Up With A Twist in The Manor is a roaring '20s supper club where every course is paired with its own cocktail, and the ending varies depending on the crowd.
10 pm: That same Manor clears out and turns into a two-story nightclub, Loose Cannon's mid-round of darts, and Sip is pouring something with bubbles for anyone who'd rather wind down slowly.

The Brilliant Lady is adults-only on every sailing, so nothing here gets scaled back for a 9 pm bedtime.
