REALITY CHECK: There isn't as much pre-planning for a Disney Cruise vacation as there is for a theme park trip, but there are still many things to know. For instance, let's talk pool slides. Here are three things to know before you go:
Each pool slide has specific height and safety requirements-measure your kids ahead of time to avoid disappointment (no one has a good time when the babies are upset!)
The least crowded times to enjoy the slides are as soon as you board on embarkation day, early mornings and late afternoons (right before the first dinner seating)
Some slides have enclosed sections and others are fully enclosed. If enclosed spaces are worrisome, it may be best to avoid the AquaDuck, AquaDunk and AquaMouse 😬
All the waterslides feel like coasters at sea, but are not nearly as intimidating as some of the theme park thrill rides. The slides are a fun way to get your splashy fix while taking a break from the pools for a bit. How likely are you to take the plunge? 🌊
