Taking the camper to Galax, Virginia and camping with friends made for a delightful weekend. We listened to live music with The Steel Wheels and Chatham County Line at the Blue Ridge Music Center on the Blue Ridge Parkway. We also biked 17 miles on the New River Trail. On the way home, we
Stopped at one of our favorite places, the Floyd Country Store where we had grilled chicken salads for lunch and ice cream for dessert. Floyd Country Store promotes live music and is part of the Crooked Trail, a trail that fosters the history of Appalachia music in Southwest Virginia.
