In honor of Earth Day on April 22nd, I thought it would be fun to post an image of the original flag and what it represented in 1970: According to legend, it was created as a combination of the letters 'E' for environment and 'O' for organism. This flag was also based on the Stars and Stripes of the US Flag. Green was substituted in place of blue and red. The colors represent "pure air and green land" to inspire environmental action.
At Bella Mattina B&B we have always used non-toxic and biodegradable cleaning products for our guests, pets and the environment.
Our guests can rest assured that we are using the most efficient, environmentally safe and EPA-certified products to clean, disinfected, and sanitize the entire premise without the worry of trigering allergies, asthma, or other respiratory problems.
When we're able to re-open for business, each room will be supplied with hand wipes for convenience.
