‘Twas a bountiful morning at Kueneunga Lake Farmers Market this morning. A new find was sea beans plant genus Salicornia, also known as glasswort or pickle w**d. It’s a coastal succulent that is salty and crunchy! I mixed cucumbers, tomatoes, sea beans, pea sprouts, and roasted garlic. Nothing else needed! And the wild chanterelles were delicious in the egg and potato dish! 🥗🍳🥒🍅🍄‍🟫

Bethel Woods Center for the Arts it’s just 4 miles down the road. We go to the museum, hike the property, and of course love the concerts! They’re starting to fill out the 2025 concert season!

It was a stellar weekend at the Little Red Cabin! We dove into a hearty (late) spring cleaning, enjoyed an incredible 2 nights of music at Bethel Woods, took doggo walks along the river, set up some great flea market finds, and found a new eatery to sample (note…it was awesome!)
