Our Maui Wellness and Adventure Retreat with CGA wrapped up last month, and we're still feeling the warmth of it. There's something about moving through a stunning place with your people that a resort pool just can't replicate.

Big news from Pride Adventures 🌈✈️

We’re excited to welcome Shannon Brown, Zenzi Poindexter, and Myles Sexton as new Pride Trip Hosts, joining Kevin Smith and Chris Smith as we continue creating LGBTQ+ adventures around the world.

This is a big moment for us. From the beginning, our dream has been to bring more of our LGBTQ+ community together under one big rainbow while still creating trips that speak directly to the communities they are designed for.

That means continuing exclusive gay men’s trips, building new exclusive le***an trips, developing mixed LGBTQ+ trips with Myles, and exploring future trips for gender diverse, trans, q***r, nonbinary, and LGBTQ+ travelers across our community.

Each host brings something special: travel experience, creativity, community connection, and a shared passion for helping LGBTQ+ travelers feel welcomed and inspired.

Pride means JOY. 💛

Joy is one of the most beautiful things we get to experience when we travel together.

Sometimes it looks like relaxing together during an onsen experience in Japan. Sometimes it is standing on the Black Sand beaches of Maui with our partner organization, CGA. Sometimes it is feeling the ocean breeze on the beaches of Ecuador after exploring the Galapagos Islands.

The setting may change, but the feeling is familiar.

It is the laughter.
It is the shared wonder.
It is the freedom to be present, connected, and fully ourselves.

At Pride Adventures, we believe LGBTQ+ travel should feel welcoming, meaningful, and full of life. These moments remind us that Pride is not only about visibility and community. It is also about joy.

One of the highlights of our group trip is visiting the magical town of Sintra and the colorful Pena Palace. ✨ Located just outside Lisbon, Sintra is about a 40-minute train ride from the city and feels like stepping into another world.

Perched high above the surrounding countryside, Pena Palace is one of Portugal’s most iconic landmarks, known for its vibrant colors, romantic architecture, and breathtaking views. 🏰

From Lisbon to Porto, with charming towns, history, food, wine, and beautiful landscapes along the way, this is going to be an unforgettable adventure. 🍷

Over Memorial Day weekend, we brought members from together on Maui for something truly special. From yoga and breathwork to snorkeling, beach time, Road to Hana adventures, hot tubs, waterfalls, shared meals, and quiet moments of connection, this retreat reminded us exactly why we do what we do.

It was a weekend of wellness, adventure, friendship, laughter, and community in one of the most beautiful places on earth.

And since it’s Pride Month, we’re feeling extra grateful for the spaces we get to create together, places where LGBTQ+ people can show up, connect, explore, and feel at home.

This CGA retreat was created in collaboration with , and we’re so thankful for everyone who helped bring this experience to life.

One of the most powerful things about group travel is how quickly shared experiences can bring people together.

Sometimes connection happens while walking through cherry blossoms in Japan. Sometimes it happens while getting ready for an underground cave rafting adventure in Belize. Sometimes it happens through an incredible co-op experience on the way up Kilimanjaro.

The places are different, but the feeling is the same.

It is the laughter before an adventure begins.
It is the conversations that happen along the way.
It is the moment a group of travelers starts to feel like a community.

🌸 Sakura Season in Japan with CGA - Mar-Apr 2026

There is something magical about Japan during cherry blossom season.

From wandering beneath thousands of blooming sakura trees to exploring ancient temples, bustling city streets, peaceful shrines, and breathtaking mountain landscapes, this journey was filled with moments that reminded us why we travel.

We shared sunrise views, incredible meals, laughter on bullet trains, quiet moments of reflection, and unforgettable adventures from Osaka to Kyoto, Hiroshima, Hakone, and Tokyo. But as always, what made this trip truly special was the people who experienced it together.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for this incredible adventure and helped create memories that will last a lifetime.
