We just had to share two last shots from our amazingly fun Ribbon Cutting at Biddeford Ballet, and these photos capture that spirit.

Wonderful visit learning from Chamber Board Member, and S**o City Historian, Peter Scontras about the mapping being done at Pepperell Park to help identify the original Thornton Academy HS location, which was lost to a fire in the 1800's!

Get ready to Rock Around the Block as The Chamber, The City of S**o and S**o Maine Street combine forces to present the 1st Annual "Bites and Beats Downtown Block Party" takeover this coming Thursday, Sep 10 from 5 to 8 PM in historic Pepperell Square!

Enjoy food, drinks, fun and live music by the "Under The Covers Band," under the stars!

This event is FREE of charge and rain date is Saturday, but the weather looks PERFECT for a good old fashioned Block Party with family and friends, just like you remember as a kid!

Join professional performer/director and educator Chloe Reynolds and the Chamber as we cut a ribbon as well as cut the rug with tours, light snacks, networking and more in a fun relaxed atmosphere!
This is a FREE event and open to the public with no registration required.
Event is 5 to 7:30 PM at 163 Main St.

This hugely popular annual Chamber event features Ten unique personal presentations from Ten unique local leaders, business owners and more as part of a fun evening that will include networking, a silent auction, food and a cash bar.  

Arrive when doors open and bid early and often on great packages of silent auction items that will be displayed for bidding, including restaurant gift certificates, entertainment options, local art, local shopping gift certificates, fun and leisure activities, and much, much more. 

Then this year's outstanding line-up of 10 speakers will share information on topics that they are particularly passionate about including education, recovery, economic vitality, sustainability and more.
