We need your help!

White Cloud Sky Fest 2026 is happening Saturday, June 20th, and we’ve made a little pivot this year. Instead of tethered hot air balloon rides, we’re taking to the skies with airplane rides! We’re excited for this new adventure, but we’re still searching for one last pilot to help make the evening complete.

Do you know a pilot that owns their own small engine aircraft & might be available that night? If so, we’d love to connect with them!

Please reach out via messenger, call us or tag someone who may be interested in helping us bring a little extra magic to Sky Fest this year.

*Please note that the Annual Father's Day Fly In at the White Cloud Airport traditionally hosted on Father's Day will not be taking place this year.

📣 Updated Event Schedule Notice 📣 - We have updated our events calendar to ensure our Community Open House weekend is aligned with the DNR Free Fishing Weekend.

Mark you calendar for the annual Mecosta County Parks Community Open House happening Friday, June 12 through Sunday, June 14 — in conjunction with the Michigan DNR’s Free Fishing Weekend!

🚗 All vehicle entry fees at Mecosta County Parks will be WAIVED during the open house weekend!
🏕️ Camping with us? No vehicle permits will be required during your weekend stay!

The DNR Free Fishing Weekend takes place on the Saturday & Sunday only, giving everyone the perfect opportunity to cast a line and enjoy Michigan’s great outdoors — no fishing license required.
