We are the ONLY neighborhood with unobstructed views of Lake Powell from the cliffs. The Overlook, The Cliff Dweller, and The Ridgeview (coming this month!) each have different but breathtaking views of this same canyon and we cannot get enough!

The Cliff Dweller is our larger property and has two full living spaces- one upstairs and one downstairs. The upstairs living space is surrounded by views of the Great Basin's rugged terrain and colorful sunsets. The open floor plan boasts-

✔️A bright and open space featuring a sectional sofa and additional alcove window seating

✔️ Two sets of french doors that open up to the balcony

✔️ 65” Smart TV

✔️ Our favorite part- the guest book that all of our guests record their favorite memories from their trip 🥹 It is such an honor to host each and every group!
