Four Palms Biloxi 4 well appointed vacation rental units 500ft from the beach. Walking distance to casinos, downtown Biloxi and near to Ocean Springs.

Each unit is 1250 sqft with kitchen, living room, 1/2 bath downstairs. 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and laundry upstairs. Michael and Donna Moak conceptualized this property and put this project into motion, then offered David and Sandi Hilton a partnership with them to join the ride and help bring it to reality. Michael is an incredibly talented carpenter who has been creating magnificent custom

cabinetry, trim and furniture for over 30 years. In addition to this he is a builder and has built some beautiful custom homes (some award winning!) in the Jackson area all the way down to the Gulf Coast. Donna has worked in real estate for over 25 years and a broker for the past 18 years but her talents do not end there. She is instrumental in keeping the day to day administrative operations going for multiple businesses and isn't afraid to pitch in with some physical labor on the job site when time allows. David is a 27 year Navy veteran who served both below and above the water. Following the Navy he has worked the past 12 years as an IT professional but he is also an avid DIY'er having been involved in multiple smaller construction projects and embraced this opportunity to participate in this project and learn a lot more from Michael and Donna about the industry. Sandi is an accomplished residential real estate appraiser that has been certified for over 13 years and has also had her realtors license for over 7 years. On top of this she has returned to being a licensed insurance agent for the past 4 years (a profession she pursued earlier in life) but with all that she is not shy about working on a project either, especially if she gets to use some power tools! All four partners are Gulf Coast residents, with three being Mississippi natives, who have poured their hearts and souls into this project and given it a lot of hands-on attention. Ride aboard a Biloxi Schooner on July 3 for Ocean Springs fireworks! The schooner will depart at 7 pm and go sailing then sail back to watch the fireworks and return to the dock about 9:30 pm.

$40 Adults/ $25 Children(3-12)
You can bring food/drinks aboard.

Each unit has 1250 sq ft, 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and can sleep 6! 4 years of planning and building our dream! Please support us and come check it out. Let us know what you think about the photos! All partners are Mississippi Gulf Coast residents and proud of one partner being a 27 year Navy veteran 🇺🇸. All partners put there heart and soul into this as well as a lot of hands on attention to detail. The whole complex can be rented for special occasions, housing 24 occupants. All cabinets, bedroom and closet furniture built by Moak Custom Cabinetry (30 year Mississippi Company Hand built)

Lots of concrete and paint has been laid down! Footers and slab poured underneath then driveway to connect to the street. All inside walls are primed and the ceilings have two coats of paint. Next week I get to be the trim carpenter’s (Michael Moak) apprentice! We keep moving forward!

Mechanical ✅ sprinklers and fire alarms systems ✅ framing inspection ✅ Clean up and insulation Sheetrock ready ✅ from Baby steps to Big steps this baby is strapped to the hilt Fortified Gold Construction 🇺🇸
