Where do chefs make a reservation when they’re the ones on vacation? ✨

Southern Living recently turned to chefs for the restaurants they seek out across the South, and two Coastal Mississippi tables made the list.

In Ocean Springs, Vestige drew praise for chefs Alex Perry and Kumi Omori’s artful marriage of Japanese technique and Gulf ingredients, creating the kind of meal that lingers long after the last course.

Along the waterfront in Biloxi, Mary Mahoney’s Old French House remains a destination in its own right, beloved for generations of seafood, timeless atmosphere and gracious Southern hospitality.
