We loved Citrea but are excited to learn that the site that's been idle for several years is expected to spring back to life when a new establishment opens in the space! Here's the scoop from our friends at

Renovations at the former Citrea Restaurant and Bar in the Chenango Place complex are expected to get underway in the next couple of weeks.

Amanda O'Neil of Binghamton said she plans to open the Winederlust Wine Bar at the spot. She said the business will feature wine, beer and hard cider but won't serve hard liquor.

O'Neil said she's excited about opening Winederlust. She said "it's been a dream of mine" to open such a business. She describes it as a "passion project."

O'Neil said she hopes the establishment can begin operations in November.

Happy Martini Walk 2025! Here's everything you need to know....

🍸Tickets are sold out, but a limited number will be available starting at noon at Lost Dog for $20, cash only!

🍸 All guests must present a physical ticket to participate and check in at each venue.

🍸Tickets purchased online can be picked up at the Garland Gallery, including the day of the event.

🍸From 12 to 4 in the afternoon, stroll from venue to venue in whatever order you choose.
