This furnished immaculate clean Birch Bay Hillside Beach House is a spacious cozy abode that has everything you will need and more for a 1 to 6 month rental. Monthly rent includes, power, water, internet, garbage and yard care.The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to cook delicious meals. The house comes with Wifi and a variety of movies, Netflex, electricity, water, garbage and yard service. Beds are extremely comfortable with high quality linens. The steep gravel drive way with steps to the main entrance has parking for two cars.

We love the Beach House! Our second visit to Birch Bay to be able to stay at the "Beach House!" Even though we miss our motor home, we love the comfort of the place. This is a wonderful place to stay!

Breathe and then exhale! The Hillside Beach House is booked full for the rest of the summer but September is one of the most beautiful months of the year here in Birch Bay and we have openings!

Has your summer plans changed due to Covid? If so The Hillside Beach vacation House has the last week of August open. Come and enjoy the sunsets, walk the beaches and relax and regroup! Call or message us as it’s will book! Summer in Birch Bay is at its best this time of year!

Thank you so much for the use of your lovely home! It felt like a real oasis during these crazy pandemic times.
We had a great time wandering the beach, finding the trail in the park and watching the birds from the deck. We recommend the sushi place in the nearby resort market!
