The carriages on either side are your typical regular daily drivers. The wagon in the middle is a "bench wagon." One very specific use - to transport items (mainly benches) needed for hosting church services from farm to farm. So this family either just finished their turn holding church, or are about to take their turn.

The Amish Experience is open on Easter Sunday, April 20, 2025 from 11:30am to 5:00pm. On-site restaurant Smokehouse BBQ and Brews is also open Easter Sunday. They are offering all-you-care-to-eat, family-style dining instead of their regular ala carte menu. If you plan on including a visit to the restaurant on Easter Sunday, they recommend making a reservation ahead of time. Details:
