Calling all remote workers, empty nesters, those with flexible schedules and people who love no crowds when traveling in Europe….

THIS IS THE TIME TO BOOK A TRIP in January or February. There are some great deals in many locations to find on flights and hotels as well as very low number of tourists!

I’m working on multiple European trips now for clients who have decided “last minute” to book amazing itineraries in this “low season” of travel in Europe.

January & February are GREAT times to check out wonderful European cities for a FRACTION of the price that it would be in the peak spring, summer and fall months.

Just sharing an industry “secret” for some great opportunities to travel at real savings compared to peak travel months.

Minimum lead time without an expedited fee is 3weeks prior to trip departure date.

What an incredible week!!
I’ve just returned from my first DUCO France summit. 🇫🇷 😍

DUCO is a niche, destination-oriented initiative to promote the VERY best of France to top travel advisors by invitation only.

DUCO organizes one annual live event in Paris to promote the networking between high-end French hospitality providers and some of the world’s most qualified luxury travel advisors.

I was able to have more than 50 meetings over the conference week, with 4 additional Paris hotel site visits. I’m so excited to share my new connections and expert knowledge with my clients when planning France travel.

HAPPY 4th BIRTHDAY to VBK Travel!

A lot has happened in these last four years, from a small business that started in February of 2020 then stopped abruptly due to the Covid 19 Pandemic.

Then a trickle of clients in 2021 who were ready to travel again once the world started to open back up, and they were fine to Covid test before and after travel, plus wearing masks everywhere, including on long plane rides just to have the opportunity to travel again.

Then 2022 showed up as the year for “revenge” travel, as so many people hadn’t traveled in 2 plus years and they were ready to go everywhere! And they did! Plus with extra funds to do so since travel had not been happening much in the previous two years.

And then 2023 proved to be an INCREDIBLE year for VBK Travel and its wonderful clients.
Trips planned included more than 15 countries and various places in the US, Mexico and the Caribbean.

And as 2024 starts in the second month…there is no slowing down!!
I am so thankful and grateful for the opportunity to do what I am passionate about in travel planning for my clients.
I love all the details surrounding creating curated trips to my clients desires and I always strive to exceed their expectations. The biggest thank you my clients give me is referring me to their friends and family. That truly means the world to me!

I see another AMAZING year ahead for VBK Travel with more than 75 clients already booked for travel this month through December 2024! Where are YOU ready to go??

Day 1 in Ireland 🇮🇪

We began the day in Dublin and touring the Malahide Castle.

The magnificent medieval castle has a dramatic 800 year heritage. We learned about the generations of the Talbot family have called Malahide Castle home. Hear their stories, explore the private rooms and collections, and discover the central part this castle played in Irish political and social life.

We then traveled to Northern Ireland to the Slieve Donard where we had an amazing lunch and toured the lovely historic property. The Marine & Lawn Slieve Donard is majestic property with the Royal County Down Golf Course as its back garden and amazing ocean views. The hotel has just undergone a multi-million-pound renovation.

After lunch we drove the beautiful countryside through Belfast onto Antrim to the Dunadry Hotel & Gardens where we enjoyed the rest of our day & evening.
