I'm curious to know...If you live in a small town with an airport, do you drive to a larger airport for the cheaper ticket prices?

I've done this myself a time or two. BUT, was it really worth it? I live in Birmingham & the flights are usually cheaper out of Atlanta. Driving to the ATL airport takes almost 2 hrs. Parking for 5 days cost me around $200. It took $100 for gas, round trip. Then we were exhausted on the way back home, all to save $400 for a pair of RT tickets. It wasn't worth it for this trip.

What are your thoughts?

My questions to the BAA are: What are you doing right now for a major expansion? What are you doing to secure a hub here?
