At ASI, we’re always talking about building better systems, but what Equip Services is doing through their Thrive program is building something even more important. People.
We had the opportunity to host the Thrive group for a few hours, and it was an incredible experience. Their program is focused on building job readiness, social skills, and independent living for adults with disabilities, creating real opportunities for meaningful work and connection.
What stood out most to our team wasn’t just the structure of the program, but the purpose behind it. Thrive is helping individuals grow in confidence, develop practical skills, and take real steps toward independence. That kind of impact doesn’t just change individual lives—it strengthens families, workplaces, and our entire community.
We’re grateful for the work they’re doing and honored to have them spend time with us. Supporting organizations like this matters, and we’re proud to play even a small role in what they’re building.
