This cause is personal. 💜💙 September is Su***de Prevention Awareness Month. Did you know? Last year, over 49,000 Americans died by su***de. It’s the second leading cause of death for people ages 10–34. There are so many that struggle in silence. They may feel alone, lost, or like no one understands. Sometimes, su***de happens when pain feels too heavy to carry alone. Please join my family and I on September 14, 2025 for the Out of Darkness Walk at the ND State Capitol in Bismarck, ND.
💜💙But what if something small could change that? A hug. A kind look. A moment of real connection — these simple acts can say, “I see you. You matter.”

Sometimes the hardest thing to do is speak up when you see someone struggling. A simple conversation can change everything.

On September 14, our community will come together in Bismarck/Mandan for the “Out of the Darkness Walk” to show that no one has to face their struggles alone.

Join us as we walk for hope, healing, and connection.
