Most rooms at Disney are equipped with a “beverage cooler” not a mini fridge.
They don’t reach the temperatures required for safe milk, dairy or breast milk storage 🍼❌
Instead you can ⬇️
🧊 Bring a small cooler with ice or ice packs
🧊 Use an insulated breast milk storage bag
🧊 Grab ice from the ice machines
OR just ask the front desk! Disney is super great with accommodating families and will store breast milk in a refrigerator or freezer upon request. They were so helpful with this on our last trip in May 🫶🏼
Knowing this ahead of time can make all the difference when planning a smooth postpartum travel experience.
Now! if having a real fridge is a must for you, you’ll want to look at booking a one or two bedroom villa, a family suite, or even a deluxe club level room. Those are the ones that come with an actual refrigerator or at least something that gets cold enough to safely store things like breast milk or meds. Just something to keep in mind when you’re narrowing down resort options!
