2500 sq. Ft. Home in future, basement dug and ready to finish to start house. 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath house with two store living room and 1st floor master. Both living room and master walk out to deck out back. Side walk out basement to patio with hot tub and view of creek valley. Will have lodge three as garage with in steps next to it. Walking trails out back and down to creek area.

Weekly vacation/retreat home for rent on 40 acres. Neighbors have 386 acres, 500 acres, and 115 acres behind the property. Record deer off of property, #37 in Ohio history. Hunt, ride quads, walk trails, bring horses, shoot guns, things you can't do in the city. 26 of 40 acres are wooded, 2 creeks, and a small pond. Lots of deer stands in place.

House is 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath, just repainted and restored. House is furnished with 2 new king size beds, 1 twins, new living room set, 3 TVs, dining room, and a full kitchen.

4 car garage or 1200 Sq. Ft. Building, detached. Just painted inside all white. Birthday parties, retreats, family reunions, weddings, baby showers, or just enjoy nature. Smaller 8x8 door has opener, 10x10 door will add opener soon.

Ohio Kirkland Country Lodges is found by Robert A. Kirkland of Robert A. Kirkland Enterprises Inc. This property was his Grandpa's and was bought by him 30 years ago after my Grandpa owed for 20 years. It has been in the family 50 years now. As a child Robert was 8 years old when he planted the pine trees lining the drive that now stand 60 ft. Tall. Now Robert is a contractor and has spent countless hours restoring and maintaining the property for years. Robert is building additional Lodges on the 40 acres. This property is enjoyed by all that visit. All the eye can see is land on the property and maybe a few cows across the dirt road. Dairy farmers and black angus cow farmers surround the property and deer pleasantly graze in the fields. While walking the trails you'll see 2 creeks and a small pond. During the summer months hummingbirds frequent the area. Enjoy the quaint Country life and visit Amish Country and local parks and waterfalls near by.
