☀️ Lunch on the patio, anyone?

Join us this Monday, September 14, for our Social Club Luncheon at Kendall’s in C**n Rapids!

The forecast is looking pretty promising and Kendall’s has a gorgeous patio overlooking the golf course. Weather permitting, we’ll take advantage of it while enjoying lunch, conversation and connections with fellow MetroNorth members.

No program. No agenda. Just a chance to get out of the office, enjoy a good lunch and socialize!

Our annual trap shoot was once again a huge BLAST! It was a beautiful afternoon of trap and pistol shooting, complete with lunch from Buca di Beppo , a Beat the Badge competition courtesy of the Blaine PD (congrats Walter's Recycling & Refuse Inc. on winning the challenge!), and a fun post-event social hour. Special thanks to Metro Gun Club for their continued hospitality and to all of our sponsors for their support!

Alarm clocks ringing. Backpacks packed. Buses rolling.

For many students across the North Metro, today marks the first day back to school — and the start of another year of learning, exploring and thinking about what comes next. Here's to a wonderful day and school year!

As your school calendar starts to fill up, be sure you have the FREE Made in the North Metro Career Fair on Thursday, October 1, from 9 am–1 pm at the National Sports Center marked off.

Students AND adults are invited to explore a wide variety of careers, meet local employers, learn about opportunities right here in the North Metro — and even discover companies that are hiring now.

Plus, there will be hands-on activities, giveaways, free food and plenty to explore.

Welcome back, students! We’ll see you October 1 as you start exploring where your next steps could take you. 🎓➡️💼

Happy Labor Day!

We want to recognize and celebrate the hard work, dedication, and contributions of America’s workforce — the people who keep our businesses, communities, and economy moving forward - on this Labor Day.

Whether you’re spending the last day of the State Fair, soaking up one more day at the cabin, prepping for the start of school, or simply enjoying a well-deserved day off, we hope you have a safe and enjoyable Labor Day. From all of us at the MetroNorth Chamber, thank you to the workers, employers, and entrepreneurs who help make our communities strong!

Sometimes you just have to pivot! ☀️

When an unexpected locked door greeted us at Sunrise this morning, we took things outside! Coffee and bagels arrived, our speaker and 60-second commercials went on as planned, and a nice summer morning on the patio turned into a productive—and fun—start to the day.

More than anything, this morning showcased what makes our MetroNorth community special. Our members rolled with it, stayed, connected, supported the Chamber and one another, and made the most out of the situation.

Not quite the Sunrise we planned…but a pretty great Sunrise nonetheless. Thanks to everyone who made it so! ❤️
