Shoresh is a caring preschool that uses a play-based program. We welcome children of all backgrounds. Shoresh means "roots" in Hebrew.

If the roots are healthy, the child will grow and flourish. We encourage this growth by feeding children's imaginations and giving them opportunities every day to explore the world around them. Our curricula, carefully planned according to age group, include language arts, math, science, social sciences, small and gross motor skills practice, art, music, physical education and so much more. The Je

wish holidays are part of our curricula and core Jewish values, like treating others with kindness and taking care of our planet, are evident in everything we do. Every Friday we celebrate Shabbat together with song and simple prayer. Shoresh Preschool is simply the best place for your child.

Liz Gyde is a nationally certified Personal Trainer (NASM) and Group Fitness Instructor (AFAA). Additionally, she holds certificates in Les Mills Body Pump and Les Mills Body Combat. She is also certified in Senior and Children’s fitness. Liz has almost a decade of experience in the fitness industry, as well as a black belt in Tang Soo Do.

Join Liz for an hour of kickboxing in a cardio-focused, martial arts-inspired workout; no punching bags required! The choreography is designed (and backed by science) to burn up to 570 calories. You’ll even get some great shoulder and core training! ALL LEVELS are welcome. This class can be formatted to fit any and all bodies, from beginner to advanced. Liz is well-versed in differentiated teaching methods.

Bring your kids to Anne Monsees at the same time for an amazing yoga experience!

Come to class Sun, May 7th at 3pm and let out your inner warrior! Bring a mat, towel, and water!
