𝗠𝗢𝗡𝗧𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗘 𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗟𝗢𝗧 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗥𝗢𝗔𝗗 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗪𝗘𝗘𝗞
Visitors are cautioned to expect temporary closures of parking lots and access roads at the Montour Preserve this week, from June 8 - 12. Contractors will be on site for sealing and repainting from dawn until dark as weather conditions allow. Work will be done in phases so that some parking areas will remain available at all times.

A huge congratulations to Knoebels Amusement Resort for being honored this week in the Pennsylvania State Capitol in Harrisburg!

The Pennsylvania House of Representatives adopted House Resolution 448, designating July 4, 2026, as “Knoebels Amusement Resort Day” in honor of the park’s 100th anniversary.

For a century, Knoebels Amusement Resort has been more than an amusement park. It began as a simple swimming hole and picnic grove, then officially opened on July 4, 1926 with the Crystal Pool.

Since then, it has grown into America’s largest free-admission amusement park, known for its classic rides, wooden coasters, great food, and the kind of memories only a family-run park can create.

Knoebels is celebrating its 100th anniversary all season long in 2026. The official 100th Anniversary Celebration Weekend is set for July 3–5, featuring commemorative ceremonies, a parade, and special entertainment. It’s a fitting tribute to a place that has brought joy to generations and continues to be a treasured destination thanks to its dedicated staff, loyal visitors, and supportive community.

With a police & motorcycle es**rt, the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Moving Wall has just passed by our Welcome Center and arrived at the Bloomsburg Fairgrounds! 🇺🇸

Opening ceremonies begin tomorrow (June 5) at 9 AM, with Vietnam veteran Jack Pollard serving as a guest speaker. The memorial will remain open through Sunday, June 7 at 8 PM following taps.

Please stop by to pay your respects and honor the men and women who served our country.
