Delighted to share Tennesseeโ€™s Official Outdoor Drama! And encourage all to attend. Even more so excited to say one of our youngest Patrons of The Sullivan County Archives will be portraying โ€œYoung Landon Carterโ€ , this young man paid us a visit and expressed his love and interests in Revolutionary War Era History; and we were able to walk him to our Register of Deeds and he was able to read through Deed Book #1. โค๏ธ

Planning to attend Liberty this season? We've got you covered!

The Visitor Center at Sycamore Shoals State Historic Park will remain open until 10:00 PM on all Liberty performance nights. Visitors are welcome to stop by before the show, during intermission, or after the performance to shop for unique gifts and enjoy the comfort of air-conditioned facilities. We welcome guests to explore museum exhibits until 9:45pm.

For your convenience, portable restrooms are available near Fort Watauga, and the Visitor Center restrooms will remain open until 10:00 PM as well.
