Autumn weather and apple picking go hand in hand! We recommend Orchard at Altapass, milepost 328 on the Blue Ridge Parkway, near Spruce Pine. This U-pick orchard is a family fun destination with hiking trails, music, games, and more. And check out their general store before you leave!
